00:18:17 I'm going to start from the tier 10 to kind of go over the pinnacle of the line and what they do. So these are new destroyers in early access. They come with the tier 10 and 9 have these wild west themed permanent camouflages which look fantastic. You can pick them up I believe from the sequential bundles.

00:18:37 But what is this Lion Legionnaire? They are Gunboat Destroyers, right? Yeah, they're Gunboat Destroyers. Oh, they're so weird. They're kind of what you want to make them as far as their engagement style. So you can play it either... We kind of talked about the potential of smoking somebody into Cap, but you basically get to only do that like three times. Or you can treat it like a British.

They're definitely more dedicated gunboat destroyers than the main line is. And you can see that they only have one torpedo launcher generally for the tier 9 and 10, I believe.

00:20:46 So they do lose that on torpedo power, but your ballistics are good enough that you can initiate a gunfight, trick them into firing their main battery, hit your smoke, get a few more shots off, but you will also likely land that first salvo, which is kind of all important in a destroyer exchange.

00:21:09 Yep. And again, they have the sap shells as well on their main battery, so a lot of direct damage there, 3,000 damage per shell. Unpenetrating hits are going to be getting 1,000 damage, so he's going to put out a lot of damage very quickly, and they do have 38mm of pen. Such a big salvo. Yeah, and 137mm is a weird caliber, but because of that caliber with the sap, they get that 38mm of pen, which will let them pen primarily USN battleship decks. Yep. So nice threshold there to cross.

00:21:37 There's a few bows, I can't remember off the top of my head too, there's a few bows that'll let you get some good pennant on as well. Yeah, I mean, most battleship bows at tier 10 with the 32mm of armor, you'll be able to penetrate very easily. Things like Yamato with a 32mm upper belt, super easy. Which is important to say, range doesn't matter. And so like with the enhanced ballistics at like 12km, you'll still be able to pen Yamato bow, which is just delightful. Yep.

My big trigger point is that you have to be able to count on your team because you will not be able to basically carry the day. Yeah, it does give you a pretty sizable hit to your torpedo reload and your main battery reload.

00:32:52 The two things that make it so great. I love the opinion it has the best torpedoes at tier 10. Yeah, I mean 16.5 kilometer range, good speed, good damage, great reaction time. Enemy does not have a lot of time to react in turn. Thunder literally let me slip slowly into the cap while unspotted and shooting at him. That was awful nice of him.
